The Shore Stay Suites is a FEMA approved lodging location (FEMA ID VA5477). Federal government lodging per diem rates are offered based on availability. Standard CONUS per diem rate applies to Cape Charles and the surrounding area.

Rate Rules
All rates are based on length of stay and seasonality and may vary from the above range. Group rates for three or more rooms may be available by calling the hotel directly.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled reservations must be received by 6pm 48 hours prior to Check-in date to avoid penalty. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours before 6pm of Check-in date will be charged for one nights stay +tax.
